Sunbury Charter Document

The Sunbury Charter passed on November 5, 2019.  While it will be early 2021 before Sunbury will know the results of the 2020 census and the status changing from a village to a city is made (based on population), the Charter Commission chose to write the charter in such a way that Sunbury will be adopting it January 1, 2020.
